Bright Tutee Registers Significant Rise In Demand For Online Learning Content

With schools observing indefinite closure to detain the further spreading of COVID–19, New Delhi-based edutech company Bright Tutee witnessed five-fold increase in demand for online learning content.

Aimed at facilitating learning solutions for students during COVID-19 lockdown, the edtech platform has now expanded its offering of free study content for students of classes 3 to 10. Earlier, the free study content was available only for class 9th and 10th students.

Bright Tutee is offering over 2000 hours of live learning content for students of 20 state boards. The course content is available for five subjects including Hindi, English, Maths, Science and Social Science, and is offered in both Hindi and English.

The online platform has decided to offer all of its content for free till 30th June, post which the content will be offered starting at Rs.9, where students can choose to buy just a chapter, or one full course, or all the five courses for 1 day, 1 week, 1 month or 1-year plan, as per their necessity. The platform which is available on both the website and the android app already offers class 9 and 10 study content.

Commenting on this expansion, Suresh Goyal, Co-founder at Bright Tutee said, “With sudden closure of schools due to the global corona pandemic, we have been witnessing an increased level of engagement on our learning platform. In these challenging times, its crucial to make the content available to as many students and help them in learning continuity. Hence, we expanded our offering of free content from class 3rd to class 10th. As providers of knowledge and learning, it is our privilege to support students by launching live learning content that will help them to complete their valuable school lessons during this lockdown period.”

The technology-led online learning platform also launched free live classes on YouTube for students of class 6th to 8th standard across multiple education boards in India in April amidst COVID-19 lockdown to empower the online learning process.
