About Karnataka Board-

Karnataka Secondary Education ExaminationBoard (KSEEB) is a prime educationboard ofKarnataka which wasestablished in 1966. Its headquarter is situated in Bengaluru, Karnataka. It conducts three types of examinations namely, SSLC, PUC and other exams. The ex-officio or the Joint Directors deals with the examinations related issues. Its official website is 'kseeb.kar.nic.in'.

Karnataka State Quality Assessment and Accreditation Council is a major andsignificant branch of KSEEB which mainly assess the quality of education provided at primary, higher primary and secondary education. In the year 2017-2018, the whole examination process is digitalized in which students can downloadtheir result through digiLocker app.

Exam Pattern, Exam Dates & Exam Results-

KSEEB conducts three kinds of exams namely SSLC, PUC and other exams. The SSLC exam stands for Secondary School Leaving Certificate and is conducted for class 10th. PUC stands for Pre-University Exams which are exams forclass 12th. Other exams are conducted for other classes. Its exams are conducted in the month of March/April and results are declared in July every year. The results can be seen on its official website karresults.nic.in..

In KSEEB exams, each paper carries 100 marks which the students have to complete within the duration of 3 hours. Each paper consists of MCQs as well as descriptive type questions.

How to prepare for Board Exams?

To prepare for the exam is a tricky thing but if it is well-planned, it may turn into an exciting feature in the whole journey of studies. The following are the tips to make your studies and exams easy:

1.Make Time-Table- Do make a time-table for every subject and follow thetime-table sincerely.
